It is speculated that the heat from the sun madeit impossible for the gases present to become part of theplanetary formation. The surface of Mercury is extremely hot. It is approximately 470 degrees celsius on the surface and isthought to be even hotter at the two hot spo ts. These hotspots are on opposite ends of the equator. It is the heat ofthe surface that makes it impossible for Mercury to have any typeMercury orbits the sun once every 88 days and has a truerotation period of 58.6 days. The rings are what Jupiter is known for. Saturn is a planet which is also known for its rings andwhen viewed has a yellow or grayish color. The color is from thegaseous atmosphere and the dust particles in that atmosphere. The atmosphere is mostly a clear hydrogen-helium atmosphere. There are also traces of methane, phosphine, ethane, andacetylene. This atmosphere is much different than that of theSaturn orbits the sun with a period of 29.4577 tropicalyears. It is 1.427 billion Km away from the sun and is thereforea cold planet. It has an equatorial diameter of 120,660 Km which Planets 7makes it the second largest planet in our solar system. The next planet is Uranus. The main problem scientists havewith Uranus is that, the lack of visible surface features meansthat it is difficult to measure the rotation period of Uranus(Hunt/Moore, 388, 1983). Consecuencias de no presentarse a una cita con USCIS Si un migrante recibe una citacià ³n del Servicio de Inmigracià ³n y Ciudadanà ­a (USCIS, por sus siglas en inglà ©s) para presentarse en una de sus oficinas tiene la obligacià ³n de acudir a la misma el dà ­a y a la hora indicada. Sin embargo, si no puede presentarse en esa fecha, puede intentar cambiarla.  ¿Para quà © envà ­a el USCIS la citacià ³n? El USCIS puede enviar una carta (appointment letter, en inglà ©s) para comparecer en un Centro de Apoyo de Aplicaciones (ASC, por sus siglas en inglà ©s) o en una de sus oficinas, conocidas como Field Offices. La razà ³n es que necesitan entrevistar a la persona citada o realizar otra labor sobre una solicitud o aplicacià ³n pendiente. Por ejemplo: examen para la adquisicià ³n de la ciudadanà ­a americana por naturalizacià ³ntoma de huellas digitales y otros datos biomà ©tricosentrevista de esposos para remocià ³n de condiciones de green card, etc. Quà © hay que hacer si no se puede acudir a la cita con el USCIS el dà ­a seà ±alado En primer lugar, deben seguirse las instrucciones que puede haber en la carta en la que se hacà ­a la citacià ³n. Magazine, the magazine had the right to publish Melinda ’s photos. Thus by the publication of the photos by splat! Magazine, there was misuse of private information. ... I would advise Baking! Magazine to take legal action against Splat! Magazine because in case, the claimant has an expectation which is reasonable to privacy regarding the information under disclosure, Melinda expects the Baking! Magazine to publish the photos that are showing her better self but Splat! Magazine goes ahead and publishes the photos that show the unpleasant side of Melinda; thus the initial magazine considers the person’s right to privy more than the second magazine’s freedom of expression. Further, the court may rule that, Splat! Magazine is not liable because the photographs were under publication of peripherals that require publication showing the bright side of Melinda. Thus, the magazine did the publication with appreciation to the well being of Melinda’s image. Hence, I would advise the initial magazine to go ahead and sue for aforementioned confidence breach, which is under the clause of human rights rules and regulations relating to privacy. This is as seen in the case of the Prince of Wales v. Associated newspaper, where the newspaper took the diary of the prince and made a publication which was embarrassing to the Prince. In the case, it is clear that there is breach in the right of privacy of the Prince (Daniel, 2008). Under the law, for the case to be valid, there should be impacting of information in circumstances that impose the obligation of confidence. Kelleher and King formed a company, raised initial capital, and filed for regulatory approval from the Texas Aeronautics Commission. Kelleher argued the company's case before the Texas Supreme Court, which ruled in Southwest's favor. The US Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal filed by the other airlines. In the late 1970s, it looked as if the company could begin flying.''Southwest then began building a management team, and the purchase of three surplus Boeing 737s was negotiated. In the meantime, Braniff and Texas In ternational continued their efforts to put off Southwest from flying. 'One significant base of the company's achievement in a rather unsteady industry is the fact that the unions are not involved in pushing their roles beyond the conservative collective bargaining and grievance functions they perform. In this regard, Southwest differs from some other renowned cases of Human Resource-based and customer-oriented success stories' (Kochan, 1999). Southwest Airlines: Its Accounting Aspects The September 11 incident pushes the airline industry into economic turmoil, resulting in unemployment, insolvency, and the prospect of fragile prospects. Soon after the September 11, most major airlines announced sharp service reductions, grounded aircraft, and laying-off of employees. Yet 'during the first decade of deregulation, more than 150 carriers, many of them start-up airlines, collapsed into insolvency. Eight of the 11 major airlines dominating the industry in 1978 ended up filing for bankruptcy, merging with other carriers, or just disappearing from the radar screen. On October 19, 2012, the Supreme Court in Rome (Italy) gave a ruling wherein a â€Å"causal link† was found to exist between the mobile phone and the illness of an Italian Company’s Director Innocente Marcolini, 60 (Routers, 2012). Marcolini was diagnosed to have developed a tumor (neurinoma affecting a cranial nerve) on the side of the head that he held his mobile phone to for 5-6 hours a day for 12 years. Cell phone technology works by emitting radiations. Whether these radiations are harmful to human health or not is a debate that has been pursued by many medical and environment bodies. This paper presents an overview of the radiations emitted by the cell phones and the safety standards set by the agencies. The possible impact on these radiations on human health and some safety tips to avoid the possible threats are also presented in the paper. Cell phones use a type of electromagnetic energy called radiofrequency (or simply RF) energy for communication. RF are the radio waves and microwaves. On the electromagnetic spectrum (shown in Figure 1), where the energy ranges from ones that have extremely low frequencies with long wavelengths to those that have extremely high frequencies with short wavelengths, the radio waves and microwaves lie between the two extremes. In the RF region, the frequencies are in the range of 3KHz to 300GHz.

Introducing a New Product Our new product is a toothbrush which is combined with toothpaste. The toothpaste will come out of the toothbrush head when you press a button on the handle. When the toothpaste is finished, you dont have to throw the toothbrush away because it is possible to buy our toothpaste recharge and to combine it with our toothbrush handle. Recharges can easily be filled. One recharge contains 12gm toothpaste and it is for 20 or 30 brushing. We have planned to sell our product Feekul on internet (with our own website), in super- and hypermarket and also in pharmacies. Nowadays many people have a good education and this lead to a good job/career. Because of the internationalization of many businesses in the hole world, people have to contact for doing their job companies and colleagues in other countries. They have to travel a lot and have to stay for a short time in another country. The toothbrush with toothpaste in one is easy for them to bring it All these people of today having a busy lifestyle, they need to work, they need to raise kids , they need to travel, they need to study and they have a big social life. Because of this they dont have much time to take care about their selves. Its important to take care about your teeth, everybody knows this. Thats why we offer the new created product Fee-Kul. The segment growth : All the segments of the market are growing in the future. It is already very easy to travel, you can enter many countries without problems. In the future it will be more easier and cheaper to travel, this target group will definitely grow. There also will be more and more students all over the world. Effects of Having an Ofw Parents

Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of Data This chapter presents, analyzes and interprets the data gathered on the respondents regarding on the effects of having an OFW parents. Table 1 shows that 35% are mother, 40% are father and 25% of the respondents are both parents are working abroad. This means that more father works abroad than mother and only few of the parents both work abroad. Mostly, the father is the one working for the family to sustain mainly the financial needs of the family but due to the absence of father (single-mom), they have to work hard for their children. On the other hand, challenging job is not the reason of the parents for working abroad.Philippine government offers a low salary even in some professionals like nurses, engineers and teachers that’s why many would prefer to work as a domestic helpers or office clerks and leave their professional jobs in the Philippines because in most cases, they’ll get paid higher overseas. And also discrimination in having job opportunities is implemented. In this case, overage applicants which comprises the age of the parents are given the least opportunity so they decided to work overseas. Another is the school which they have graduated, which is practically not necessary, is also a big factor to the employers in the country.Doing a job is about doing it well competitively. Paul’s Case

In Willa Cather’s story â€Å"Paul’s Case,† the main character Paul is a troubled young man, who is seeking an escape from reality. Paul’s way of escaping his troubled life is through a day dream. For the most part Paul’s safe place is in New York City. That is until Paul’s father comes looking for him. This is when Paul’s reality then takes form in his imaginary world. If Paul uses an imaginary escape world to get away from his troubled life, then why does it include him committing suicide? I have one reason to explain his suicide. Before, Paul supposedly enters his imaginary world, the story leaves off with Paul sitting in the cellar of his house. At this point in time, Paul starts to wonder if his father heard him entering. In the darkness of the cellar, Paul fears that his father may think Paul is a burglar, and shot him. (pg. 127) The though of death and Paul’s senseless running from a troubled life collide. In result creating Paul’s suicide, when his father comes looking for him. I believe Paul’s suicide serves as an epiphany. Paul’s epiphany relates to his struggling life, and how he has more to live for than just music. As a result of Paul’s epiphany, he begins to fade back into reality. As the audience, you are lead to believe that Paul was dreaming the whole time. The last sentence in the story â€Å"Paul dropped back into the immense design of things,† confirms the audience’s beliefs. (pg.133) Therefore I find it hard to believe that Paul ever actually traveled to New York. Due impart that Paul was a middle class kid from Pittsburg. Paul absolutely resented his lower and middle class upbringing. His resentment of his upbringing leads him to believe that New York is where the upper class lived. I find it hard to believe that he actually went to New York, because most of New York is slums. I find it hardly plausible or even possible that Paul actually lived most of the story, but rather that he imagined it all. The first problem that comes to mind when believing the story is the fact that Paul was able to get away with smoking cigarettes and drinking wine publicly. Paul was but a teenager with large sums of cash. How is it that Paul was able to live such a luxurious life for as long as he did, without being questioned about anything? The story â€Å"Paul’s Case,† was all about Paul seeking freedom from his personal life. Even though Paul was able to find some peace of mind, somehow his personal problems follow him into is dream land. Throughout Paul’s dream he encounters situations very similar to the ones he’s running from in reality. Nonetheless Paul can not escape his reality.
